Fedora 19 Final Release will be, at best, 2013-06-25

So for me 3 months is a long time and I agree and support push all
ffmpeg / x264 from F19 to F18.  
But I think we should have some QA in F19 before push it therefore I'm
trying setup a vm with F19 which is not easy , because compose images of
F19 are stopped due a bugs in pungi, lorax , fedup etc. 
So until we have a F19 alfa install iso . I can't test it on a F19 , and
don't have any rawhide .
