This is too short to explain how to create the tarball, have a look at the
fedora tegrarcm package for a sample.

#workaround to use phonon-backend-gstreamer
bug report ? you should not enforce a particular phonon backend, of course. If
you have using phonon a virtual requirement should be added instead.

Are you sure that theses dependencies are still directly used by mixxx ?
BuildRequires:  libmad-devel
BuildRequires:  libmp4v2-devel
In the case they are not, it could be possible to move this package to fedora.
