I assume the
BuildRequires: phonon-backend-gstreamer
is just a workaround to avoid potential broken deps with phonon-backend-vlc/vlc
which happens semi-often in rpmfusion development.  

that said, I don't think it should be included by default, e.g. only use the
workaround when necessary.
