Don't create bogus soname

You might want to take a look at this bug and the associated commit, it removes
the dubious libx265.so.1.2 :
https://bitbucket.org/multicoreware/x265/issue/62/linux-incorrect-symbolic-links-to-shared

I'm attaching a modified patch, the linked commit doesn't apply as is.
