Kodi update for Fedora 22

Hello,

I have pushed an update to CVS devel for Kodi. This will update Kodi from 14.2 to 
15.0. Please push this update for Fedora 22. I will not push a F21 update at this 
time, but I may after a few weeks of testing 15.0.

The only difference is libcec support, which has been disabled due to Kodi requiring 
a new version and Fedora's maintainer has not[1] pushed an update.
