Kodi update for Fedora 22

The Kodi PVR addons I maintain need to be updated too. Since Kodi 15,
the PVR addon build system has completely changed (it now relies on a
kodi-platform library, with cmake support) [1]. Moreover, all the PVR
addons have now their own source tree [2].
As a result :
1) the kodi-platform library must be packaged. I've just created a
review request for it:

    Notice it depends on the platform library, not yet available in
Fedora (review request here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1245929)
2) each PVR addon provided as a subpackage of kodi-pvr-addons must be
packaged as new packages too; I started with the VDR VNSI addon:

    Review requests for all addons previously available in
kodi-pvr-addons will be created before the end of the week.
