On my mirror a 'locate libdvdcss' gives me multiple copies of libdvdcss
binary and source code package for following mirrored content:
atrpms
pcbsd
openbsd
openmandriva
linuxmint
alpine
ccux-linux
debian-multimedia

rootlinux

Mageia
