Nvidia setup

New to nVidia.
I have a card, Asus Nvidia GeForce GT640.
Fedora 19, 64 bit.
Kernel 3.9.9-302.fc19.x86_64
the 3.10 kernel won't run with my current
graphics card.

Looking at http://rpmfusion.org/Howto/nVidia#About_this_Howto

No mention of whether to install the card first or the drivers? Which
is the correct order please?
