MythTV: optional dependencies for MythArchive

I've packaged this version though I still need a couple of tweaks to get a
proper debuginfo package but I don't currently have ACL rights to this
package. I'm pretty short on time lately but I'll see if I can find an
original review request (unlikely) or file a bug to get ownership of the
package.
