Broken repos: development/24/ vs. releases/24/

Hi,

DNF says:
	Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rpmfusion-nonfree', disabling.
	Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rpmfusion-free', disabling.
and then failing with:
	package mplayer-1.2.1-2.fc23.x86_64 requires libavcodec.so.56()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
	(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)

This is because:
	http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-24&arch=x86_64

But 
	http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/development/24/x86_64/os/
is
	404
as the real data is now at:
	http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/24/

It is surprising that the mirror servers seem to contain more frash data than
the central list at:
	http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist
