Well, "infra" consists of multiple things:
 - the available hardware resources
 - the available human resources
 - the organisational model that is being used
(e.g. meetings, agenda, task offers, recruiting of volunteers,
    distribution of power'n'privileges)
 - the management model that is implemented
(who decides what can be achieved, what will be done and who
will do it? who verifies the goals are reached?)

With RPMFusion there are many open questions. Probably some of them could
be answered by visiting IRC, but still it wouldn't be clear whether
everything is carved into stone.

There have been rumours about migrating to koji+bodhi+mash as well as
pkgdb. Status updates are non-existant, however. Perhaps news are spread
on IRC only (a disease Fedora is infected with, too). What is being worked
on? What target platforms? What package versions? What hurdles/problems
have been found (if any)? Is there a todo/status list? Bodhi has not
been free of faults and has suffered from breakage during pushes several
times -- it has even swallowed updates that had been published before.
Is known what kind of manual clean-up (e.g. in databases) would be necessary
in cases like that?
