Since the last update of libdvdcss dnf update and dnf install libdvdcss are failing due to wrong GPG key used to sign the package

Cannot upgrade libdvdcss after a recent upgrade push

Everyone:
This morning I received a notice that a new version of libdvdcss was
available.
But when I tried to upgrade it, the upgrade choked on a problem with the
GPG key.
Here is the output of "sudo dnf upgrade libdvdcss," redacted to remove
references to my username:

vidcutter-5.0.5-3.fc26 (testing)

I've just been looking at this. It seems happy with DVB-T recordings
stripped of multiple audio and subtitle streams but apparently fails to
parse the output of ffmprobe when things get more complicated, and it quits.
It looks as if it would be useful with files it could handle but I
haven't found a spec or info about reporting. Any instructions?
