why no ffmpeg 7.0 yet on rawhide?

Hello,
FFmpeg version 7.0 ent out on April 5, five days ago. There is a windows version already, but it's not there yet for Fedora Rawhide 41.
If Rawhide is cutting edge and the most updated daily for kernels and such, why hasn't it arrived stable ffmpeg 7.0 yet?

nvidia 470xx again. akmods failure with kernel 6.8.4-200.fc39.x86_64

For info:
I understand that the 470xx series will soon lose nvidia support and may
not currently be supported by rpmfusion. I'm trying to move on to
nouveau, not yet entirely successfully. GT 710 cards.
