repoquery libmodplug-devel --qf "%{repoid} %{name}-%{version}.%{arch}"
give you : (fedora) updates
repoquery libmodplug-devel --source
give you: libmodplug-0.8.8.5-1.fc20.src.rpm
yumdownloader --source libmodplug
will download it
