Commands to enable updates-testing

Would someone please share the command(s) to enable the RPMFusion updates-testing repository on my system, in preparation for upgrading from F22 to F23. As far as I can tell, I have the updates-testing .repo file on my system (/etc/yum.repos.d/). What I don't know, is how to make sure the upgrade program will use it to upgrade all rpmfusion packages.
