Two packages that have update issues in rawhide, k3b-extras-freeworld and pangzero

When doing a dnf update in rawhide these two packages seem to be preventing other packages from updating. For k3b-extras-freeworld, it seems to be because it is for an earlier version of k3b than is current in rawhide. For pangzero, it seems that it depends on an earlier version of perl than is current in rawhide. I think it wants perl-SDL 5.24, and the version of perl in rawhide is 5.26.
