Depends on the version of the card.
In F23 do......
rpm -qa | grep nvidia
see which version of the driver you installed.
$ rpm -qa | grep nvidia
kmod-nvidia-4.5.7-300.fc24.x86_64-358.16-2.fc24.x86_64
kmod-nvidia-4.5.6-200.fc23.x86_64-358.16-2.fc24.x86_64
akmod-nvidia-358.16-2.fc24.x86_64
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-kmodsrc-358.16-3.fc24.x86_64
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-358.16-3.fc24.x86_64
kmod-nvidia-4.5.7-200.fc23.x86_64-358.16-2.fc24.x86_64
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-358.16-3.fc24.x86_64
Then in F24, load yumex and search for nvidia, install the same driver.
yum? Not dnf? Sorry, I don't follow what's happening here?
Found the old fix, was akmods --force, but fails now with
akmods line 147 ulimit core file size cannot modify limit: invalid arg.
checking kmods for 4.5.7-300.fc24.x86_64 [OK]
Follow that with the reboot and I'm back at "Oh no, something has gone
wrong" screen.
