Unlikely...
This is only a hunch so I would appreciate verification but:
I had the services enabled by default using the post install scripts in the
RPM but systemd was updated to only honor the special list as far as I can
tell. I didn't change the scripts in the package but noticed on a fresh
install that they were not enabled!
