What I might actually try is using standalone faac to encode and then
just copy the already encoded audio stream into the mp4 container with
rpmfusion ffmpeg. I'm thinking that might work even if the ffmpeg binary
itself doesn't support faac.
That would avoid the GPL issue (which looks like is maybe why it isn't
supported ??)
