I don't run RHEL not am I an IT professional, Fedora/linux is my hobby so
take this for what it's worth...
Wouldn't the CentOS packages work fine on a RHEL system? Or are you
looking
for a source for more formal/supported packages?
I'd have to point out that RHEL7 (and therefore CentOS 7) contains IPA
server by default:
