which repo is 'testing'?
man the repos are always thee and disabled by default, just enable them
/etc/yum.repos.d/rpmfusion-free-updates-testing.repo
/etc/yum.repos.d/rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing.repo
I installed Fedora 23 on its release date.
Can I just add the repo, then dnf update
to get the packages?
