vlc cannot install - missing libraries - rpmfusion-users

After updating to F29, I found vlc removed. (I used the --allowerasing 
option.)

When trying to reinstall vlc, I get this from the dnfdragora software 
manager:

...
 package vlc-3.0.5-3.fc29.x86_64 requires libplacebo.so.6()(64 bit), 
 but none of the providers can be installed

 - conflicting requests

 - nothing provides libshaderc_shared.so.1()(64bit) needed by 
 libplacebo-0.6.0-2.fc29.x86_64

What about this? This is an RPM Fusion package. What repository must I 
enable?
