It (used to) gets updated when there is a new release, but this is
indeed rather rare.
Actually I just checked and there is a new release, I'll try to reach
out to the two people that can do something about that within Livna.
I'll point them at this thread, both for the mirrorlist issue and
outdated libdvdcss.
AFAIK that one package is libdvdcss which exists also outside livna
I agree that a repo for a single package is probably overkill, but until
libdvdcss is accepted in RPM Fusion, I don't see a clean solution. The
only other repo I know of which carries libdvdcss is Remi but it also
carries packages that overlap with Fedora and this is not optimal, at
least for me, so I'd rather keep Livna. For the record, the libdvdcss
package which is in Livna is the same as in Remi repo.
