started, starting, then nothing?
Reverted to 4.11 kernel, fine.
Suggestions please?

as always: avoid hardware which needs blob-divers or wait when a new
kernel generations arrive in Fedora
Intel graphics is just fine as all the years before

What Intel video card has the features and speed of an nVidia Titan X?
I would be willing to purchase it if you can tell me.
Until I can find a high level Intel graphic cards that beat this, then I
won't be getting one.
