If you're running F18 you may need to wait a bit but builds for all over releases (including EL6) are done. Not sure when Nicolas will do a package run but you can manually download them if you don't want to wait: http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/plague-results/ Keep in mind they're not signed yet.
