Bug with audacity-freeworld-2.2.2-5.fc28.x86_64

Where do we report bugs for rpmfusion-free? I am using audacity with a USB audio input from my phone amp.  I was having problems with a record and decided to turn on Preferences > Record > Play through input. With this enabled, anytime I tried to start a recording, Audacity terminated.  I do not see anything about this in /var/log/messages. It just seems to quit. Turning this back off and Audacity works fine, but no monitoring of the input. So where do I report this to get it fixed?  rpmfusion is not listed (or at least I don't see it) on bugzilla.redhat.com thanks
