Hi everybody. I have just bought a Radeon RX480 and I started looking if
AMDGPU-Pro (propertary drivers) package is available in Fedora RPMFusion
repositories, but it is not.
There are SRPMs into RHEL7 AMDGPU-Pro drivers, so I was wondering how
much effort would require converting them for Fedora...
This morning we had a discussion on Freenode about it, but it's better
to restart it here, so we can better keep track of what we need to
accomplish the work of including them into RPMFusion.

This link is not working , but if amdgpu-pro is distributable , you may
open a review request , with propose spec and src.rpm
if not distributable you still the change of use lpf , but
where I find amdgpu-pro-16.40-348864.tar.xz ?

So is non-distributable , I think lpf is not forbidden, if we
should EULA , as we could , 2nd though, thay are really a bunch of
packages, so first, as I don't have a AMDGPU-Pro, I'd like know what
packages do you install ? , and if it worth ?

Sorry for my typos , I feel really sad.

I have heard on darktable mailing list and on #radeon on Freenode, that
AMD will release its OpenCL stack into AMDGPU open drivers, so IMHO at
this point there is no reason to package AMDGPU-Pro.
