I've worked around the problem, there appears to be updated packages of
rpmfusion-packager for f22 and f24 but not f23. I installed the f24 package
and it seems to work now.

I tried building avidemux but it failed to create the SRPM, I'm guessing
this is due to the previous source upload issue where it thinks it
completed but it really didn't make it into the lookaside cache. Since it's
already "done" I can't re-upload the source.

There is also an issue building for rawhide, but this used to work

Things seem to fail on everything but f24 on nonfree - I tried to build
mame and qmc2 on all branches, they all failed. There is an error in

Please remove perl from the Rawhide buildroot.

or srpm-build) as you can see with
koji-rpmfusion list-groups f24-free-build
There is probably a need to create a rfpkg-minimal (based on
fedpkg-minimal) and use that instead of rfpkg

There is probably a need to sync with other fedora group changes if
any. (and remove fedpkg from our group).

so it looks like the builder has some network issues or wrong mock config somehow?
The network is good, but I've experienced the same kind of issue while
using dnf in fedora.
Currently the koji buildroot are generated using mock instead of dnf
to workaround the very same behaviour.
But in el7 we should use yum anyway and the "workaround" does'nt hold
there.
Of course while downloading the particular package from the builder,
everything behave correctly.
I've regenerated the repos, you can try any package for now.
I'm still away until the end of the week, for other investigation.
