Just a note, non-free in the above summary looks wrong while the package
name uses freeworld and the sub-repo is free.

Looks like the summary was not updated
when the package was renamed.
Confusion between Free but patent encumbered and proprietary/non-free
software is harmful.

I'm not sure mentioning the patent issue is mandatory or even a good
idea. Here's how it is worded on Livna's front page :
"rpm.livna.org provides many useful packages that can not be distributed
in Fedora (previously known as Fedora Core and Extras) for one reason or
another [...]"

--verbose:
- there is not much of a benefit for the user
- it could cause trouble for some of our contributors
- "patent issue" highly depends on point of location (and the laws there)
Thus it's IMHO better not to mention it.
