That's how it should work. There was a bug and hence it didn#t work, but
that should be fixed now.
I don't have kmod-nvidia, as you can see, but yum wants to
install it:

The data wasn't sufficient to debug the problem. Yum normally should
have printed more information earlier -- those would be interesting.
