This post to fedora-devel makes me think we'll see 3.2.1 on F-16 at some point.

As this post linked above talks about F-15 too, is it reasonable to
count on a release number >= 2.6.42 as F-15 futur new kernel packages?
Knowing this make it easier to build the C preprocessor macro for the
F-15/F-16 patch.
