appstream , and leave F24 with ffmpeg 3 , for my very personal schedule
, update in rawhide just after F23 eol, until then I will focus on
stable and F25 GA .

Given the above, I would be looking at updating ffmpeg and
rebuilding
its dependencies next weekend at the latest. Should anyone disagree,
please speak up.
