Description:
This mlt sub-project provides a C++ wrapping for the MLT library.
MLT is an open source multimedia framework, designed and developed for
television broadcasting.
It provides a toolkit for broadcasters, video editors, media players,
transcoders, web streamers and many more types of applications. The
functionality of the system is provided via an assortment of ready to use
tools, xml authoring components, and an extendible plug-in based API.
This package hardly depend on ffmpeg library (without them is mostly useless),
so this is the main reason why I put them here.
rpmlint -mlt++
--------------
mlt++-devel.i386: W: no-documentation
mlt++-devel.x86_64: W: no-documentation
8 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 2 warnings.
There is no documentations provided by the author for devel package
No more warnings in source and binary RPMs.
Package tested with mock for i386 and x86_64 architectures.
This is one of my first packages on RPM Fusion.
On Fedora I put four packages last month. But I'm not yet sponsored there, so I
seeking for sponsor here.
kind regards,
Zarko

[Bug 392] New: sp-auth - P2P internet TV

Priority: P5
Component: Review Request
AssignedTo: rpmfusion-package-review(a)rpmfusion.org

SPEC: http://6mata.com:8014/review/sp-auth.spec
SRPM: http://6mata.com:8014/review/sp-auth-3.0.1-1.fc10.src.rpm
Description:
SopCast is a simple, free way to broadcast video and audio or watch the video
and listen to radio on the Internet. Adopting P2P(Peer-to-Peer) technology, it
is very efficient and easy to use.
Why rpmfusion?
Upstream provides an i386 binary only.
rpmlint:
sp-auth.i386: W: invalid-license Freeware
sp-auth.i386: E: missing-PT_GNU_STACK-section /usr/bin/sp-sc-auth
sp-auth.src: W: invalid-license Freeware
I'm not sure if we can do anything about the E message above. Any opinions?
The downloads page of the upstream website [1] says:
All downloads (include SopPlayer and SopServer) and channel list can be
copied and distributed freely for anyone. Any portion of these may not be
sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not
expressly permitted by SopCast.
I also sent an email to them for double-checking. They replied:
Dear Orcan Ogetbil
Yes, you can include Sopcast Linux binary in RPMFusion repositories. The
software which you download from www.sopcast.com is freeware, and you can
use this letter as an official authorization for your distribution.
Best Regards
