Description :
This plugin enables VDR to write compliant DVDs from VDR recordings
while being able to control the process and to watch progress from
inside VDRs on-screen-display. If the selected recordings don't fit
the DVD, the video tracks are requantized (shrinked) automatically.

netfabb Basic is a free (as in free beer) software for 3D Printing

process: editing, repairing, positioning, slicing and exporting triangulated

This does obviously not go into Fedora, as it is nonfree. It goes to nonfree

My first rpmfusion package submission (seeking a sponsor):
SPEC: http://spidey2.bmsi.com/linux/fc16/mp3fs.spec
SRPM: http://spidey2.bmsi.com/linux/fc16/mp3fs-0.32-1.fc16.src.rpm
MP3FS is a read-only FUSE file-system which trans-codes audio formats
(currently
FLAC) to MP3 on the fly when opened and read. This was written to enable me to
use my FLAC collection with software and/or hardware which only understands
MP3. e.g. "GMediaServer" to a Netgear MP101 mp3 player.
It is also a novel alternative to traditional mp3 encoder applications. Just
use your favorite file browser to select the files you want encoded and copy
them somewhere!
This package cannot be part of Fedora because it uses MP3 encoding, which is
encumbered.

[Bug 2750] New: Review request: cdemu suite - virtual CD drive for linux

OS/Version: GNU/Linux

ReportedBy: opensource(a)zhasha.com
CC: rpmfusion-package-review(a)rpmfusion.org
CDEmu uses libMirage to mount CD images in many different formats. It uses a
kernel module called vhba-module (Virtual Host Bus Adapter) and that's why I'm
asking here to have it included in the free repos.
There are 4 packages included in this suite (as I haven't packaged gCDEmu or
imageanalyzer).
cdemu-client.spec
cdemu-daemon.spec
vhba-module.spec
vhba-module-kmod.spec
The files are available at http://home.zhasha.com/cdemu-suite
Apart from that, the version packaged requires libMirage 2.0.0 which is
currently only present as an fc19 build in Koji
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=395441
However the SRPM compiles without issue in f18
I have tested the packages on my x86_64 system and am able to mount/unmount CD
images without issue.

%description
A kernel module implementing the Virtual Host Bus Adapter for the CDEmu daemon.
This kernel module takes care of device emulation in the kernel; it registers
a virtual device with the appropriate drivers and creates corresponding device
nodes. It also creates a special character device that is used for
communication with user space CDEmu.
This package is not eligible for Fedora as it's a kernel module not in the
vanilla tree.

Notes:
1) The URL is valid.
2) Lack of documentation in the -kmod package is per the Kmods2 standard.
3) The binary does in fact get stripped. I have no idea why it claims
otherwise.
4) The kmod-* messages are generated because of the macros in the Kmods2
template, not sure I have much to say there.
5) I am not allowed to patch COPYING, however I have created patches for source
headers and included them. I have also sent them to upstream developers,
including a patch for the license files themselves. vhba.c does also get
patched but apparently not included in the -debuginfo.
