Description:
Shotcut is a free and open-source cross-platform video editing application for
Windows, OS X, and Linux.
Shotcut supports many video, audio, and image formats via FFmpeg and screen,
webcam, and audio capture. It uses a timeline for non-linear video editing of
multiple tracks that may be composed of various file formats. Scrubbing and
transport control are assisted by OpenGL GPU-based processing and a number of
video and audio filters are available.

F27 nearing - please review RPM Fusion blockers
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hi there,
Just want to notice that Fedora 27 is nearing (freeze occurs in fedora side).
If there is any blocker or remaining work for f27 in RPM Fusion side?
Please let us know.
Basically nothing too experimental should appears in the f27 branch at
that point.
(I expect to have the latest nvidia release to land and that's all).
Thx

Latest chromium-libs-media-freeworld unpushed?
by Mike Goodwin
chromium-libs-media-freeworld-61.0.3163.79-1.fc27.x86_64.rpm appears to be the
latest out there in rpmfusion-updates-testing at the moment...
On October 5th the right version was installed on one of my systems:

@updates-testing
Install chromium-libs-media-freeworld-61.0.3163.100-1.fc27.x86_64
@rpmfusion-free-updates-testing
Now it is unfortunately interacting with the latest chromium in a negative
way. Distro sync produces dependency errors, and installing it for the "first
time" produces:

[Bug 2855] New: Flowblade
by RPM Fusion Bugzilla

Bug #: 2855
Summary: Flowblade

Product: Package Reviews

Severity: normal

Flowblade Movie Editor is a multitrack non-linear video editor for Linux
released under GPL 3 license.
Flowblade is designed to provide a fast, precise and as-simple-as-possible
editing experience.
Flowblade employs film style editing paradigm in which clips are usually
automatically placed tightly after the previous clip - or between two existing
clips - when they are inserted on the timeline. Edits are fine tuned by
trimming in and out points of clips, or by cutting and deleting parts of clips.
Film style editing is faster for creating programs with mostly straight cuts
and audio splits, but may be slower when programs contain complex composites
unless correct work flow is followed.

This package belongs to rpmfusion, because it uses streamripper and
GStreamer-plugins (which are not in Fedora) to decode audio.
