[Bug 2808] New: Review request: mingw-libmad - MPEG audio decoder library

MAD is a high-quality MPEG audio decoder. It currently supports MPEG-1
and the MPEG-2 extension to Lower Sampling Frequencies, as well as the
so-called MPEG 2.5 format. All three audio layers (Layer I, Layer II,
and Layer III a.k.a. MP3) are fully implemented.
libmad is already in RPMFusion, in the normal Fedora repositiory. This is the
MinGW version.
fedora-review found no significant issues, and the spec file is a port of the
one from the existing Fedora repository, so hopefully reviewing this package
isn't much of an effort.

Most mainstream cartography packages support popular coordinate conversions.
Although not a mainstream package with only a limited appeal, this package
supports a variety of seldom used coordinate conversions that makes it worthy
of consideration for inclusion in a repository.
The GEOTRANS license probably would exclude it from the Fedora Repository. Its
narrow target audience almost certainly would.

Description:
Functionality: Import solid models from STEP and IGES files. Draw construction
geometry and lines and arcs. Create new primitive solids, or make solids by
extruding a sketch or by making a lofted solid between sketches. Modify solids
using blending, or boolean operations. Save IGES, STEP and STL. Printer plot
the 2D geometry or to HPGL. Import and export dxf files; lines, arcs, ellipses,
splines and polylines are supported. Use the geometric constraints solver to
create accurate drawings from rough sketches.
Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora:
HeeksCAD depends on OCE, which is considered non-free.[1]

[Bug 2420] New: pSX - An emulator which fully emulates the Sony Playstation.

Playstation.

Created attachment 930
--> https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/attachment.cgi?id=930
pSX Source RPM
This is the best multi-platform emulator for the Sony Playstation.
It is not allowed in mainstream Fedora because it's:
a) A games console emulator;
b) Proprietary/Freeware Software;
c) A piece of software which is hard to use legally
due to the need for a BIOS dump from the actual console.
It is the most accurate emulator available and despite being non-free, still
provides a better option for many users than the free alternatives currently
available (e.g. PCSX-df).
It is the only emulator I have used which passes the "Castlevania Picture Test"
and works properly with all of the available BIOS dumps (including Japanese dev
console BIOSes).
Known bug:
Does not work with ALSA's PulseAudio Plugin, it crashes the program
and this cannot be fixed within the program itself due to lack of
source code access. (Perhaps a wrapper could be made for this?)
Benefit to RPMFusion:
Users will have access to an easy-to-use Sony Playstation emulator which
doesn't appear to be packaged anywhere else!
Additionally, the binaries work on both Fedora and RHEL (with EPEL).
P.S. This is my first [potential] contribution, I'm hoping those more
experienced than I will give helpful feedback (or assistance) for making this
usable. I want to see Fedora compete with other distributions for package
availability.
