I think it will be way easier if you create another
nvidia-xsettings-390xx package based on nvidia-xsettings instead of
using a sub-package.
Thx

Nvidia 390.87 setting/xconfig
by Richard Shaw
Ok, I know Nicolas mentioned bundling it but I'm assuming the idea was
still to split it out as a subpackage?
Something like:
nvidia-390xx-settings
nvidia-390xx-xconfig
Also I assume they should conflict with the main packages as they will
install the same name binaries...
Should we add a Recommends/Suggests for them in the main driver package?
Thanks,
Richard

@David
I'm really not sure about this. Can you double check ?
Basically %{_lib} can only be expanded in spec files, not in a patch,
so the ladspa plugin library will never be founded.
Please revert this change.

Anything missing for RPM Fusion readiness for f29 ?
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hi,
Anyone has still task planned for RPM Fusion f29 GA ?
As per the Fedora schedule the Final freeze should be next Tuesday the 9th.
On my side, I still expect to land an updated libplacebo for vlc
There is also a kodi update to beta3 that should lands armhfp support.
There is a need to review the rpmfusion obsoletes package.
Thx in advances.

Promoting package from "update-testing" to "updates"
by Hutter, Tony
I have a question about something I saw on your Contributors page
(https://rpmfusion.org/Contributors):
'A package built for a stable release (e.g. f24, f23) will go to the
"updates-testing" repository. You'll have to wait a period ranging from
10 to 14 days for your package to be transferred to the "updates"
repository. It's a manual action, somebody real actually does that, so
don't panic.'
So if I maintain a package, say version 1.0, and I find a major bug in
it and release 1.1 with a fix, will it take 10-14 days for 1.1 to go
from "update-testing" to "updates"? That is, users could be waiting
10-14 days for a critical fix? Or am I reading that wrong?
Thanks
