Description:
Atomes: a toolbox to analyze, to visualize and to edit/create three-dimensional
atomistic models.
It offers a workspace that allows to have many projects opened simultaneously.
The different projects in the workspace can exchange data: analysis results,
atomic coordinates ...
Atomes also provides an advanced input preparation system for further
calculations using well known molecular dynamics codes:
Classical MD : DLPOLY and LAMMPS
ab-initio MD : CPMD and CP2K
QM-MM MD : CPMD and CP2K
To prepare the input filles for these calculations is likely to be the key, and
most complicated step towards MD simulations.
Atomes offers a user-friendly assistant to help and guide the user step by step
to achieve this crucial step.
Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora:
The mock build failed because Atomes requires ffmpeg-dev(to build)/ffmpeg(to
run)
therefore I do not think that it can be included in Fedora

Building mesa-freeworld-22.3.3-2.fc38.1.src.rpm for rawhide-free-multilibs
Could not execute scratch_build: invalid channel policy
What will be the suggestion?

Problems with RPM Fusion Hyperkitty not displaying replies?

Is there a (known) issue with the HyperKitty instance at htttps://
lists.rpmfusion.org/, did something break recently, or am I just Doing It
Wrong?
If I view, say, this recent post by Richard:
https://lists.rpmfusion.org/archives/list/rpmfusion-developers@lists.rpmf...
I can see that it has "3 comments" (replies) from "2 participants" (Rathann
and Sérgio), but I can't *see* those replies!
The "Show replies by thread" link does nothing, and the lower-right
progress box shows "Unreads: 0/0".
I know the replies really exist, because they showed up in my GMail
account. (Actually, there were more replies than that, but I'm guessing the
rest were nested replies-to-replies.)
But not being able to see the whole thread is kind of a pain. I was hoping
to link to the discussion there in reply to Luya's most recent email, since
the question is answered there — or would be, if the answer were actually
*visible*.
