It looks suspicious. It means you cannot have static configuration,
but only a temporary/generated one located in /run/4l2-relayd ?

Package must not "own" base directory, you have to mention the file
you want to add in this package, specifically. So:
%{_sysconfdir}/v4l2-relayd
Also I don't see any file to create /run/v4l2-relayd located in
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ ? How the former directory is created in /run ?

So it means we are yet again to have a stric EVR against the fedora package ?
Can you please relax the version instead ?

retiring qmmp-plugin-pack-freeworld
by Karel Volný
Hi,
I would like to retire qmmp-plugin-pack-freeworld
So I have followed https://rpmfusion.org/Contributors#Retiring_a_package
But trying rfpkg retire, I got
[kvolny@kvolny qmmp-plugin-pack-freeworld]$ rfpkg retire "ffmpeg-free now in
Fedora (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qmmp-plugin-pack/pull-request/1)"
rm '.gitignore'
rm 'qmmp-plugin-pack-freeworld.spec'
rm 'sources'

Could not retire package: Un-expected openid provider asked: https://
admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/login/
... ouch
Ok, so I've filed the bug. Now "orphan then retire it manually from the web
interface".
So I have orphaned it in rawhide. But where is the option to retire?
And then "Then file a ticket for the package to be properly retired in koji."
Where to file a ticket?
Is Bugzilla meant? In which category, if there is no Infrastructure/Koji
option?
- TIA
K.

guvcview has moved to Fedora
by Neal Gompa
Hey all,
I've migrated guvcview to Fedora for F36+ and EPEL 9 as guvcview-2.0.8-5.
Existing users should be safely upgraded. Please retire in RPM Fusion
accordingly.
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Neal
