Did you try to ask the Fedora maintainer? Tell him that isn't not that much
work to get this package into RPM Fusion -- no review is needed and he doesn't
need a sponsor if he's sponsored for Fedora
Now I applied for rpmfusion cvsextras membership but
it is not needed? And is it sufficient that I write CVS request
for cairo-dock here (after I am sponsored on rpmfusion if needed)?
