RPMFusion wiki homepage updated

Hi, I took the liberty to change wiki homepage of RPMfusion , because again I lost many time tou found komds2 page . I moved Unifi page (made by Richard Shaw) to Howto pages [1] And moved "More information for contributors" to "packaging" page [2] I hope that you like the changes.
