rpmfusion ACL problem on F-18

Hi, As some maintainer experienced, the ACL was sometime not propagated to the F-18 branch for the packages they maintain. I'm aware of the issue, but I cannot forward this to the infra team with success. I would avoid to have to manually set the ACL again, specially as I have not much time left theses day.
