Please delete end user information from description and put them in a file
called README.Fedora or similar that must be included among the doc files.
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Summary_and_description
This is kind of a 'chicken and egg' situation. The w32codecs need to be
installed before this plugin is installed. If this isn't done, the user is
forced to perform some manual action (removing the ~/.gstreamer-0.10 directory)
before this plugin becomes functional. The README.Fedora file is only readable
after this plugin is installed. I realize this is a diverge from the Fedora
package guidelines, but I think we don't really have another option... The only
other solution I can think about is patching this plugin so that it somehow
triggers a gstreamer plugin cache regeneration when new/changed files are
detected in /usr/lib/codecs, but I don't know if that is actually possible (I
don't have any experience with the GStreamer API yet..)
