Re: [vlc-plugins-freeworld] Tolerate older version for vlc-3.x

Guys, This will be a problem if we need to populate the exact same version of vlc-devel in the buildroot for any version update. At least I've checked that nothing from the include have changed significantly (only changes related to win32 platform). That except the version. So, If there is a version check, there might be a need to enforce it while building the plugins. That or we need to have a dedicated webapp to populate and maintain build override from fedora buildsys ahead of repository availability.
