In both cases, the failure occurs at link time so we have passed the OOM at build time (the %_smp_mflags is still set at -j2 there). But link time demands for twice the amount of memory ? So I wonder if that's a fedora change or telegram one. I might try to reproduce the previous successful build as a new scratch build to see if it's still pass to try to sort that out... Alternative is probably to disable lto on aarch64, unless a better idea...
