It's already in a separate github repository and doesn't necessarily follow the
same release schedule. In fact, I had to fudge the 0.25.1 because the latest
tagged release is still 0.25.
Right, the issue is that upstream mythweb is increasingly becoming disjointed
from the main mythtv project, and having it in a separate package is going to
simplify things.
