Do you have any links for the rpmfusion cvs and build system usage? ,I have
seen rpmfusion-packager in the repo's.

For the build system see http://rpmfusion.org/Buildsystem/PlagueUsage. The
setup part on that page can be done automatically for you if you run
"rpmfusion-packager-setup" though.
