OK I followed
https://github.com/koji-project/koji/blob/master/docs/profiles.rst
and use a symlink .
Meanwhile, using koji profiles and moving koji-rpmfusion.config to
/etc/koji.conf.d/ , rfpkg.conf needs to change, so I fixed rfpkg bug
and adjust configurations to adapt to new rpmfusion-packager and build
all in rawhide. Hope that is correct.
