So the basic thing is that you cannot use the GPLv2 License tag either in the
RPM spec file, that's what is confusing.
Then, there is a need to check if this package which is provided as the "AMAP"
license (not the "GPLv2 with AMAP disclaimers") will be compliant with openssl
and pcre, which this seems to be.
While we are at it, can you tweak theses two things and Fix the License:
