Unable to approve ACLS in pkgdb

Sorry if this is known to be not working, but I'm unable to approve ACLs in https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb. It goes around and around for a long time, and then I finally get the following error: Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
